Breakfast is the reason to stay at Pheasant Field! A full, sit-down, two-course breakfast is served in our dining room at your choice of 7:30 or 8:30 AM every day. You may also choose to have a tray brought directly to your room for an additional charge. Homemade to-go options are available for guests needing an earlier start to their day.
Guests typically are offered a choice of two breakfast options each day, and we strive to accommodate all dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies if noted when making your reservation. Many of our dishes are or can be gluten free, dairy free, egg free, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, or keto-friendly.
Our chickens supply us with all the fresh eggs for your breakfast, and you will often find herbs picked from our garden the same morning gracing your plate. Fresh coffee and tea are available early and a variety of juices will be offered during breakfast service.
In our elegant, spacious dining room you will find separate, private tables for your comfort, as well as a larger traditional dining table for groups to share. As you settle in, you will be presented with a tasty starter to enjoy with your morning beverage, such as a homemade muffin or scone, strawberry mousse, colorful yogurt parfait with homemade granola, or a beautiful breakfast salad.

- Veggie Frittata served with Herbed Potato Stacks
- Almond Poppyseed French Toast
- Made-to-order omelette
- Amish-style Baked Oatmeal
If you find it hard to find food while traveling due to dietary restrictions or preferences, look no further. With proper notice, we make every reasonable effort to provide you with breakfast. Our apple-banana oatmeal and spiced date oatmeal recipes are dairy free and can be made with certified gluten free oats. We are not a certified gluten-free or nut-free kitchen, but will do our very best to avoid cross-contamination during preparation and service.
Other specialty options may include crustless quiches (gf), breakfast sweet potato with toppings on the side (gf, ef, df), chickpea & sweet potato hash (df, gf, ef), vegan zucchini fritters (df, ef), or hashbrown casserole (gf, ef).
